On 12-21-04 St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Deputies located Suspect Joseph Daren Brooks at a residence in Great Mills. SDFC Julian G. Schwab, DFC Somar K. Clark & Deputy Michael R. Worrey located Suspect Brooks and served him with a True Bill Indictment for Possession of Cocaine. Suspect Brooks was arrested, transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and charged with two (2) counts of Possession of Cocaine. Suspect Brooks is currently awaiting a court date.
