FATAL: 04/23/06 9:31 p.m. A 2005 Harley-Davidson motorcycle being operated by Anthony Wayne Collins, 42 years, of Mechanicsville, was traveling eastbound on MD Rt. 227 at Foxburrow Place. The motorcycle was coming around a curb when Mr. Collins lost control, ran off the road and struck a tree. Mr. Collins was pronounced dead on the scene. Preliminary investigation revealed alcohol was a contributing factor in this accident. Tpr. R. Hill is conducting this investigation.
