Ruth's Crab Dip
Submitted by: Ruth Combs. 1 lb lump local crab meat 2 teaspoons old bay 1 lb. cream cheese 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 small onion (finely diced) 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon mayo Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Serve cold (chill overnight in the refrigerator is best). Just before serving, sprinkle the top with a little parsley, to make it look good. Great on club crackers.
