Patuxent River Karate (PRK) has a long history. It is the oldest dojo teaching Shorin-ryu Matsumura Orthodox karate and kobudo in the United States. We teach traditional Okinawan karate and kobudo. PRK meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1730 to 1930 hours with optional or make up classes on Saturday, 1000 to 1200 hours. Membership in PRK is open to all Civil Service, retired and active duty military personnel and their dependents, contractors working at, and any others able to get on the NAS, NAWCAD, Patuxent River, Maryland.
