More Details:

1/2 C coarse salt
1/2 C cracked pepper
1/8 C paprika
2 T chili powder
1 T cayenne pepper
1 T garlic powder
1/2 T cumin
1/2 T dried oregano
1/2 T thyme

Mix together. Spray steaks with olive oil, sprinkle on mixture, pat in and spray with olive oil again to seal. Flip the steaks and do the same on the other side. Let 'em sit for at least an hour, then grill.
