Congratulations to Michelle Bean and Dwayne Brewer and big brother, Noah, on the birth of their baby girl, Naomi Michelle, born on August 27th 2002 at 1:15 pm. She weighed in at 9 lbs 1 oz and 21 1/2 inches long.
