Congratulations to Josh and Becky on the birth of their new baby girl, Kaylee Michelle Howe born on Thursday Jan. 23, 2003 at 5:05pm at Calvert Memorial Hospital. Kaylee weighed 8lbs even and was 20 inches long. Mom and baby are both doing fine. Grandma and Grampa Carter love you very much!! so do Aunt Katie and Aunt Paula!!
