Congratulations to Randy & Cindy and "Big Brother Noah" Mullins on the birth of their (daughter/"Lil" Sister) Lillian Racael Mullins. Lilly made Randy, Cindy and Noah's lives even brighter when she entered this world on March 10, 2000 at 6:48am. She weighed 8lbs and 6oz., and was 20 1/2 inches long. Mom and baby are doing well.
