Momma, I miss you, and each day grows colder, without you here to love, talk to, and grow older.
Momma, I miss you endlessly, there are days I ask myself what's the use to go on? Then there are those when I don't know what or even how to think.
I feel like you still have some raising to do, there are so many things we never did or said.
So much information you had for me, oh how I wanted to be fed!
I love you forever mom, endless like the sky, still to this day, I have to question Why?
Why did he take you, and put you through so much suffering, as if pre-determined from seed, that this was your destiny?
I don't understand and I am certain I never will, how death beckoned you as you lay so still.
They say you're better off but how do they know?
They've never faced that eternal glow.
Time heals all wounds or this is what they say, but tell me mother why mine still haven't went away?
Just remember this mom, I still love and miss you more and more each day.
