Bryan Douglas "Big Mac" McDonald Sr., of Lothian passed away on March 1, 2003 in an auto accident in Layfayette, La.

He recently graduated with honors as an underwater welding specialist from Ocean Engineering College in Long Beach, Calif. He was recently hired by Global Industrial Lpd, of Liberia, La & was awaiting assignment to offshore oil platforms.

Mr. McDonald is survived by his son Bryan Douglas McDonald Jr., age 8 of Leonardtown; fiancee, Kressha Sprung of Lothian;mother, Lynda McDonald, of Laurel; father, Robert Douglas Polk of Mechanicsville; brothers, Daniel McDonald of Laurel & Robbie Polk of Barstow and many other family & friends.

Services were held on March 7th @ Lee Funeral Home in Clinton, Burial took place at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
