I never though I could pick myself up and move on with out you. You have been the man in my life for what seems like forever.
We have broken up many times before but we always got back together. I always felt like I would never make it when you would leave me but finally for the first time in a really long time I feel like I will be okay. I finally see light at the end of the tunnel. I can't lie there is not a day that goes by that I don't think of you. I guess you will always be in my heart some way or another but I can honestly say that being apart is probably the best thing for both of us. I know you will always love me as I will you but we both know the "In love" faded a long time ago.

I still find my self wanting to pick up the phone and call you but I know I can't. I wont put myself through the heartache again. You know I really surprised myself. I have been able to just leave you alone like you asked me too. I have found that being away from you gets easier with each passing day. "It gets better all the time." I really hope the best for you.
