PNC Warren Winston (Moe) Fulks (USN, Ret.) 74, of Hollywood, MD passed away on April 24, 2016 at Hospice House of St. Mary's. He was born September 8, 1941 in Lynchburg, VA to the late Frank Carter Fulks and Margaret Falwell Fulks.

In 1962, Moe proudly entered the United States Navy and dedicated 20 years of service until his retirement in July 1982. During his service he earned many Good Conduct Awards, the National Defense Service Medal, the Armed Forces Reserve Medal and many Navy Achievement Medals. He traveled extensively during his service with the Navy, but particularly enjoyed the Azores and his homeland of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

His hobbies included golf, hunting, fishing and reading. Moe was an active member at the Loffler Senior Center where he enjoyed many activities, including bowling and playing pinochle. He enjoyed watching sports and cheering on the New York Jets, the Baltimore Orioles, and watching NCAA basketball. However, his greatest love was for his family, whom he loved to spend time with, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Moe is survived by his children, Melanie Colvin (Mike) of Lusby, MD, Tara Anglin of South Riding, VA, and Stephen Fulks of Lusby, MD; his siblings, Gerald "Bunny" Fulks of Amherst, VA, Marion "Pokey" Fulks (Kathi) of Lynchburg, VA, and Sarah "Missy" Donegan (Jim) of Denver, CO; 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his siblings, Russell Fulks and Joanne Millner.

A Graveside Family will be held at the later date at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, VA. Arrangements by the Brinsfield Funeral Home, P.A., Leonardtown, MD
