Pauline May Valiant, 84 of Port Tobacco, Maryland, died May 2, 2016.

Pauline was a bookkeeper for 15 years with Central Charge Business in Washington, DC. She was a former dance instructor for Arthur Murray Dance Studios. She served as a USO Volunteer during World War II in Washington, DC where she was known for her singing with the band. She enjoyed her flowers and being a grandmother.

She is the daughter of Cecil E. McDevitt and Abbie Lee Seal. In addition to her parents, she is also predeceased by her husband, Neal A. Valiant. She is survived by her daughters, Rosemarie Toni Evatt and husband Bill and Catrina Keenan and husband William; her brother, Donald McDevitt; and her grandchildren, Lindsey, Brian, Anthony, and Eric. Also survived by six great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Friends received on Friday, May 6, 2016 from 2-4PM and 6-8PM at Raymond Funeral Service Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, Maryland 20646 and where Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 10AM. Interment on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at 1PM at MD Veterans Cemetery in Cheltenham, Maryland. Arrangements provided by Raymond Funeral Service.
