Thomas Henry Cole, 90, of Waldorf, Maryland died December 2, 2016 at Sagepoint Senior Living Center in La Plata, Maryland. He was the son of James D. Cole and Mary L. Day. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Judith Ann Ford; his brothers, Dudley and Joseph Cole.

Thomas was a long-time mill worker for La Plata Saw Mill and a member of the Mechanicsville Worship and Community Center. He also worked many years on the farm. He loved watching western movies and wrestling on TV. Everyone knew him by his smile.

He is survived by his sons, John Francis Tolson and Thomas Henry Cole, Jr.; his daughters, Patsy Ford, Theresa Harris, Elaine Proctor, Alice Cole, Joyce Cole, and Mary Elizabeth Cole-Murphy; his sisters, Agnes Cole and Mary Jenifer. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.

Friends received on Friday, December 9, 2016 from 9AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 201 St. Mary's Avenue, La Plata, Maryland 20646. Interment at a later date. Arrangements by Raymond Funeral Service.
