Francis "Frankie" William Swann, 63, of Lexington Park, MD passed away on December 6, 2016 in Callaway. Frankie was born on November 23, 1953 to the late Charles Bowen Swann and the late Nancy Patricia Gardiner Swann. He worked in the construction trade as a Drywall Mechanic. Frankie enjoyed crabbing, fishing, being on the water, cheering on the Washington Redskins and thoroughbred horse racing.

Frankie is survived by his friend Dihana Baker, sister, Patty Swann and brother, Freddie Swann (Kim), nephew Chris Swann (Jenn), niece Angie Insley (Chris) and many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends for visitation Monday, December 12, 2016 from 5 to 7PM with a service at 7PM at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622.
