Mary "Mary-Me" Elizabeth Proctor, 77, died on August 6, 2018 at her residence. She is a retired sales associate with Ely's Department Store in Indian Head, Maryland, with 28 years of service. She was very active in her Senior Citizens Quilting Club, loved cooking and feeding her neighbors, playing cards, and shopping at thrift stores. She also enjoyed riding in the car with her sisters and loving on her dog named Long Head and cats. She was a parishioner of Zion Baptist Church in Welcome, Maryland. Her nickname was "The Cat."

She was daughter of the late Raymond Riley, Sr. and the late Mary Louise Queen Riley. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, John Proctor; brothers, Joseph, Marvin, Ronald, Wayne and Jason Riley; and sisters, Ella Hart and Viola Cox. She is survived by two brothers, Raymond Riley, Jr., and his wife, Jackie, and Wendell Riley, Sr; three sisters, Shirley E. Cooper, and her husband George, Gloria A. Gray, and Irris Y. Riley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, that were like her kids.

Friends received on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 from 9:30 AM until time of Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at Raymond Funeral Service Chapel, 5635 Washington Ave, La Plata, Maryland 20646. Interment at a later date.
