Ronald DuWayne "Ron" Lytle of La Plata, MD died on Sunday, July 15, 2012 at Southern MD Hospital Center in Clinton, MD. He was 60 years old. Son of the living Richard T. Lytle and the late Signa G. Moen Lytle.

Mr. Lytle was a retired command Sgt. Major in the United States Army having served 20 years. He was the owner of Tri Area, Inc. Carpet Cleaning and a member of the Andrews Air Force Base golf club. He loved playing golf and basketball which he played in college.

Predeceased by his mother.

Survived by his father Richard T. Lytle of Seattle, WA; his wife of 40 years Rhea L. Lytle; one son Nathan D. (Hanna) Lytle of King George, VA; one daughter Christina F. Lytle of La Plata, MD; one brother Eddie (Micky) Lytle of Sumner, WA; one sister Shar (Greg) Strausbaugh in Eugene, OR; two grandchildren Reyna Iusi and Siggi Lytle.

Visitation: Wednesday, July 25, 2012 from 10:30AM until time of Funeral Service at 12 Noon at Raymond Funeral Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646. Clergy: Rev. Mark Roberson. Interment: MD Veterans Cemetery in Cheltenham, MD at 1PM. Honorary Pallbearers: United States Army Honor Guard.
