Charles Edward Brown, 75 of Chaptico, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 7, 2013.
Family and friends will unite on Saturday, April 13, 2013, from 2:00 p.m. until time of service at 3:00 p.m. at the Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home Chapel, 2294 Old Washington Road, Waldorf, Maryland 20601.
