Sharia Latae Riley of Waldorf, Maryland, died on Sunday, June 23, 2013 at Civista Medical Center in La Plata, MD. She was 24 years old.

Born on January 2, 1989 in La Plata, she was the daughter of Tina M. Day and Willie Thomas Riley.

She worked retail for Spring Dell. She enjoyed listening to music while dancing and singing. She loved to spend time with her son and other family members. She was a member of the National Church of God in Fort Washington, MD.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son Khyu K. Riley; her grandmother Betty J. Swann; her aunt Diane Montgomery; and a host siblings, other relatives and friends.

Visitation on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 from 10AM until time of Mass at 12 Noon at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Pomfret, MD.

Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
