Sandra Jean Castiglione, 49, of Prince Frederick, Maryland passed away at Genesis Healthcare in La Plata, MD on October 8, 2013 peacefully after a battle with cancer.

She was born on January 24, 1964 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Richard and Angela Castiglione (Constantino).

Sandra is survived by her long time companion, Donald Cameron, sisters, Jodi Bentley, (Andrew) (Castiglione) Regina Worrell (Castiglione), Kristina Melfa (Mark) (Castiglione), brother, Anthony Castiglione (Kathy) , eleven nieces and nephews, five great nieces and nephews and several extended family members and beloved dogs, chuckie and daisy.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, and raised in Rochester, NY, she attended Brockport H. Sandra traveled the country enjoying a career in over the road driving and settled down in Prince Frederick, MD in 20678, where she lived with Donald.

Sandra enjoyed ceramics, outdoors, time with family and friends, Nascar and shopping.

Family and friends will be received for Sandra's Life Celebration Gathering on Saturday, October 12, 2013 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622. Service will follow at 4:00PM at the Funeral Home with Pastor William Sutton officiating. Inurnment is Private.
