Steven Glynn Vickers of Lexington Park, MD died October 24, 2009 at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC.

Born March 15, 1955 in Ardmore, OK, he was the son of Regina Mitchell of OK, and the late Jimmy Vickers.

Steven was a highly decorated veteran, serving in the United States Navy for over 20 years as a Weapons System Technician and Naval Instructor.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Donna Squier of Lexington Park.

Steven is also survived by his two brothers, Bob Vickers of OK and David Vickers of KS; an Uncle, Bob Altom of TX; his grandmother, Juanita Altom; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718, or a charity of choice.
