) Rebecca Ellen Morgan of Mechanicsville, MD died Sunday May 13, 2012 at Washington Hospital Center. She was 54 years old. Daughter of the late James Lewis Gainey and the living Rebecca Ann Howe Pitts.Rebecca was a homemaker and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in La Plata, MD. She was a Thomas Stone High School graduate and loved being on the water, crabbing, being with friends and family (especially her grand kids), cooking, music, and dance. Predeceased by her father. Survived by her mother, Rebecca Ann Howe Pitts Gainey of La Plata, MD; step-father, Marvin Pitts; her husband of 25 years, Ralph Francis Morgan of Mechanicsville, MD; three sons, Brian K. Johns of Mechanicsville, MD, Raymond M. (Shaunna) Johns of Waldorf, MD, and Mark A. Morgan of Mechanicsville, MD; one step- son, Josh Morgan of Hollywood, MD; two step-daughters, Cindy Morgan of Mechanicsville, MD and Lisa Morgan of California, MD; one brother, James L. (Wanda) Gainey of SC; and two sisters, Susan Elaine (Joe) Rosario of Waldorf, MD and Sharon (David) Murphy of Mechanicsville, MD. Also survived by two grandchildren, Alexis Johns and Rayana Johns and two step-grandchildren, Jackson Morgan and Bren Morgan. Visitation: Tuesday, May 22, 2012 from 2-4PM and 6-8PM with Wake Service at 7PM at Raymond Funeral Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646. Mass of Christian Burial: Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 10AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 201 St. Mary’s Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646. Clergy: Fr. John Reutemann.
