) Donald Edward "Eddie" Bryant, Jr., 53, of Hughesville, MD died August 17, 2012 at his residence. Born July 7, 1959 in Alabama, he was the son of Donald E. Bryant, Sr. and Jeanette Bryant. Eddie had worked as a substation technician for PEPCO for 35 years. He loved his job and the people who worked with him. An avid woodworker, he made many cabinets and tables. Eddie also loved to garden. Predeceased by his father, Eddie is survived by his mother; wife, Clairisa L. Bryant; children, Edward J, Bryant (Jennifer) of Mechanicsville, MD, Christopher Bryant (Ashley) of Hughesville, MD and daughter, Crystal E. Bryant of Hughesville, MD; brothers, Allen Bryant (Pat) of Golden Beach, MD and Dennis Bryant (Katie) of Crofton, MD and sister, Anne Nazario (Harry) of Mechanicsville, MD. He is also survived by one grandchild, Jayden Bryant. The family will receive friends to celebrate "Eddie" on Monday, August 20, 2012 from 4:00 - 8:00p.m. at American Legion Post 238, 6265 Brandywine Rd., Hughesville, MD 20637. Inurnment will be private. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Charles County, P.O. Box 1703, LaPlata, MD 20646. Arrangements are being handled by Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., Charlotte Hall, MD 20622. | |
