Twin Beach Players is bringing to the stage the Rodgers and Hammerstein timeless musical "Cinderella", beginning on Friday, July 13, 2007. Show dates are July 13, 14, & 15 and July 20, 21 & 22.
I am the producer for the "Cinderella" production. We need a creative and talented crew (youths and adults) to help with the production. Working on a Twin Beach Players production is truly a fun and rewarding experience. We would love to have you be a part of that environment.
Please come and be a part of our group, for now the "Cinderella" production. Perhaps you might want to help with another production later (such as the Kids' Playwriting Festival), but in any event, please call or e-mail me and find out just what we're talking about. We have a great time and we need your expertise for tasks like producing, directing, stage managing, publicity, set building, painting, program design, stage lighting, sound, costumes, house managing, ticket taking, etc. Even with little experience, we will give you everything you need to get a running start if you volunteer.
I know your time is valuable, so we will help you learn exactly what you might be expected to do if you volunteer. We offer several opportunities to get one involved that require as little as a few hours to working the entire run of the production.
If you are not available to volunteer, do you have a friend or family member who would be interested in volunteering? Is this something your child's school would give them community credit for? Could you please share their name and contact information with me or forward this e-mail and ask them if they would be interested in helping?
In addition, do you have suggestions of organizations Twin Beach Players could partner with to seek volunteers? If so, could you provide me a name of an organization, point of contact and contact information?
If you have questions, please don't hesitate to call me, Janine Naus, at (443) 624-1451. I'd be interested in your suggestions and ideas as well.
