you'd like to see and if we choose your question, we'll send you a

If we choose your question for the main survey, we'll send you a Southern Maryland Online coffee mug. If your question is chosen for one of our other surveys, you'll receive a set of Southern Maryland Online beverage huggies. Two questions will be chosen each month for the main survey. If more than one person submits the same question, the winner will be chosen at random. You can either take credit for your survey question or remain anonymous - if you check the box, we'll post your name with the survey question.
