| On 9/11/04 I contacted the Md. State Police Pr. Frederick Barracks about a tanker truck and a tractor trailer truck illeagally parked near the Lusby Post Office. I called in the A.M. I went back out later in the day and not a thing was done about it, A tanker near the Post Office on 9/11!! I have seen this and other trucks parked there in the past and I have seen Troopers stopping people for seat belt violations near this intersection and never once have they done anything about it, The tanker has leaked on the fairly new road and it is deteriorating now. The SHA has ignored Town Square Dr. and Lusby Lane ever since they opened, signage is down and missing. SHA put red stone in the median I guess so they would not have to mow but they just let weeds grow there. Oh by the way, thank you John Gott for the empty dusty field you cleared and the junk dump trucks you have left there. |

| I agree w/ the comments about the Waldorf area. Unless the citizens of the community take a stand, the crime will continue. Now it's moving south. Just yesterday young teens from DC/PG Co. burglarized a home and a high-speed police chase ended the life of an innocent woman and one of the suspects - a 16 year old child! | I am a middle aged black woman. I have lived in Southern Maryland all my life. I hate to admit this but after reading some of the other comments made about Waldorf area I have to agree IT HAS BECOME A PLAYGROUND FOR CRIME, COMING IN FROM DC. AND P.G. CO. I hate it also. |
