LA PLATA, MD—The Charles County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, June 17, 2003, at 1:30 p.m. in the Commissioners' Meeting Room in the County Government Building to consider an amendment to Chapter 297-258 of the Charles County Code to exempt certain age-restricted communities from the Fair Share School Construction Excise Tax and the Adequate Public Facilities School Allocation Policy.
