St. Mary's: Pedestrian Hit, Bad Check, & Warrant Services


On 03/14/05 at approximately 2207 hours Cpl. Jeffrey L. McLane and DFC Eric S. Walker responded to RT. 235 near First Colony for a reported motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival it was discovered that Deborah Lynn Jerdon, 37 of California had been struck and was lying in the road. Members of the Bay District Volunteer Fire Department responded and closed the road. Deborah Jerdon was treated and transported to Trooper 7 by the Lexington Park Volunteer Rescue Squad. DFC Walkers investigation revealed that Deborah Jerdon was walking across RT. 235 into the path of a 1998 Plymouth van being driven by Pornthip L. Sellers, 47 of Solomons Island. Deborah Jerdon was flown by Trooper 7 to Prince Georges Shock Trauma in critical condition.

On 03/14/05 DFC Patrick Handy served a criminal summons on Michelle Helene Summer-Davis, 33 of Lexington Park. The criminal summons charges Summer-Davis with obtaining goods and services from the St. Mary's County Public Schools by writing a bad check.

On 03/14/05 DFC Stephen E. Myers served 2 warrants on Timothy Michael Jordan, 39 of Clearbrook, Va. The warrants charge Jordan with Failure to Appear in 2 separate Child Support cases.

On 03/14/05 SDFC Diane M. Thompson served a warrant on Brandon Wayne Danchak, 20 of Waldorf Md. The warrant charges Danchak with Failure to Appear on a Child Support case.

On 03/14/05 DFC Patrick Handy served a warrant on Brian Edward Simpson, 31 of California. The warrant charges Simpson with Failure to Appear on an Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle charge.
