On 06/10/05 DFC Emory Johnson served a criminal summons on Antoine Marquis Johnson, 19 of Lexington Park. The criminal summons charges Johnson of possession of CDS paraphernalia.

On 06/10/05 Deputy Shaun Carberry served a criminal summons on Sheron Dwight Chase, 32 of Lexington Park. The summons charges Chase with obtaining goods and services of United Rentals to the value of $767.71 by uttering a bad check.

On 06/09/05 Deputy Shaun Carberry responded to the Target Store for a reported shoplifter in custody. Upon making contact with the Loss Prevention Officer it was discovered that a 16 year old female juvenile from Lusby was observed shoplifting 3 compact discs. She was arrested, processed and released to the custody of her mother.

On 06/09/05 DFC Patrick Handy served a criminal summons on Eric Patricia Warring, 26 of Mechanicsville. The criminal summons charges Warring with Theft scheme over $500. The investigation conducted by DFC Handy revealed that Warring, who was working at ruby Tuesdays between 05/24/04 and 05/19/05 stole $855 worth of goods and services.

On 06/08/05 Deputy Shawn Cathcart responded to Cedar Lane Road, Dameron for a reported Theft of a motor vehicle. The investigation revealed that Dawn Morgan had originally borrowed a gold 2000 Honda Accord belonging to Joseph L. Greer. Morgan has failed to return the vehicle and has since fled the area. The vehicle is described as a gold 2000 Honda Accord bearing Maryland tags GBV-992.

On 06/09/05 DFC Patrick Handy located Kevin Jerome Chase in the area of Tulagi Place, Lexington Park. Chase was wanted for failure to appear in District Court. DFC Handy chased Kevin Chase into a nearby business and apprehended him. As he was escorting him to the police vehicle Sheila Christine Vernon, 35 of Lexington Park began yelling, screaming and cussing at DFC Handy causing a crowd to gather. After Chase was secured Vernon was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct.

On 06/11/05 DFC Eric Walker served a criminal summons on Marcell Davon Blackiston, 19 of Lexington Park. The criminal summons charges Blackiston with Possession of CDS-Marijuana. The summons was obtained by DFC Walker based upon the following on or about 04/05/05 DFC Walker was at a residence in Lexington Park as he approached the residence he discovered Blackiston and 2 others in a vehicle smoking marijuana.

On 06/10/05 Deputy Terry Kile located Valerie Ann Barnes, 38 of Mechanicsville. Barnes was wanted on 2 bench warrants for failure to appear in District Court.

On 06/10/05 Deputy Shaun Carberry served an arrest warrant on Jason Andre Armstrong, 30 of Avenue. The warrant charges Armstrong with assault 2nd degree on an employee at the St. Mary's County Detention Center. The warrant was obtained by Deputy Carberry following his investigation of a reported assault on 05/29/05.
