Landover Man Caught with Stolen Bus in Pr. Frederick


On August 13th, 2005 at 7:45 am, Dfc Aurich conducted a traffic stop on a large white passenger bus on Md Rt 2/4 at M.F. Bowen Rd., Prince Frederick, Md. Investigation revealed the driver, Stephen R. Kent, 34 years old of Landover, Md., privilege to drive was suspended. A closer examination of the bus showed the steering column was broken and it appeared the bus was stolen. The bus owner was contacted and advised the had been stolen from Capitol Heights, Md. Kent was placed under arrest and charged with driving while suspended and auto theft.
