North Beach Boardwalk Target of Vandals


The Calvert Sheriff’s Office is investigating a rash of destruction of property and vandalism incidents. The Boardwalk in North Beach, Md. has been the target of these crimes. Between July 15th, 2005 and August 12th, 2005 over $600.00 in damages has been reported to the Sheriff’s Office.

The damage includes five (5) metal signs, eight (8) light covers, a shower handle, an outside water faucet handle, sand bags, six (6) wooden benches, a tent and four (4) wooden 4x4 beams.
