Seth Thomas Houseman Charged With Drunk Driving in Lexington Park


On 09/22/05 a citizen telephoned the Emergency Communications Center to report a pickup truck was operating in the Lexington Park area in a reckless manner. At approximately 0220 hours, the vehicle was observed pulling into a parking area of a housing complex in Lexington Park. The operator was identified as Seth Thomas Houseman, 20 years old of St. Mary's City. After failing field sobriety tests, the driver was taken into custody for driving while impaired by alcohol. Houseman began kicking at deputies on the scene. Deputy William J. Rishel transported Houseman to the Detention Center where he was charged with driving while impaired by alcohol and resisting arrest.
