Wathen Charged With Failure to Appear

Charles Roger Wathen of St. Mary's County was served with two Bench Warrants from both the District and Circuit Courts by Senior Deputy First Class Mark Smith . Both warrants charge Wathen with Failing to Appear in Court on 07-29-05 and 07-25-05 respectively. Wathen was arrested and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center.
