On 12/28/05 at approximately 2342 hours, Deputy First Class Milton Pesante initiated a traffic stop in Mechanicsville. DFC Pesante identified the driver as Jason D. Langley, age 24 of Mechanicsville. DFC Pesante detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on the breath of Mr. Langley. Mr. Langley failed to satisfactorily complete field sobriety tests and was subsequently placed under arrest and charged with Driving Under the Influence and Driving While Impaired by Alcohol.
