Equipment Stop Nets Drug Arrest on Charles Parkway

06/01/2006 9:08 p.m. A vehicle traveling southbound on St. Charles Parkway, in the area of Cambridge Drive, was stopped for a stop light being out. Upon contact with the driver, Ryan Anthony Dory, 28 years, of Waldorf, suspected marijuana residue was observed in the vehicle. A probable cause search revealed a large quantity of U.S. currency and drug paraphernalia. A search of Mr. Dory’s person revealed suspected marijuana. Mr. Dory was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was incarcerated in the Charles County Detention Center pending a bond review. TFC J.
