St. Mary's Sheriff's Office Serves Criminal Summonses & Makes Warrant Arrests


Today the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office announced that on August 10, 2006, Patrol Deputies served a series of Criminal Summons and Warrants. A summary of each is listed below.

Criminal Summons

Terry Lynn Brown, age 36 of Chesapeake Beach, Maryland was charged on a Criminal Summons for several bad checks valued at more than $800.00. The Charging Officer was Deputy Sarah Lacey.

Anthony Allen Thompson, age 24 of Leonardtown, Maryland was charged on a Criminal Summons for trespass. Suspect Thompson returned to an apartment complex after being notified in writing to stay off the property. The Charging Officer was Deputy Sarah Lacey.

Francis Otha Stewart, age 50 of Great Mills, Maryland was charged on a Criminal Summons for Assault. During a dispute Suspect Stewart assaulted Brenda Hebb-Stewart. The Charging Officer was Deputy David Corcoran.

Joselita Sison Lonzanida, age 29 of California, Maryland was charged a Circuit Court Criminal Summons for Burglary and Theft under $500.00. No additional details were available. The Charging Officer was Deputy Charles Dodson.

Warrants

Brian Patrick Abell, age 34 of Leonardtown, Maryland was arrested on a Circuit Court Warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of driving while revoked. The Arresting Officer-Deputy Shawn Cathcart .

Terrell Devon Swales, age 18 of Great Mills, Maryland was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Deadly Weapon on School Property. The Arresting Officer was Deputy David Corcoran.

Charles Glenwood Johnson, age 33 of Park Hall, Maryland was arrested on a Circuit Court Warrant for Failure to Pay Court Ordered Fine. The Arresting Officer was Deputy Patrick Handy.

James Sterling Thompson, age 42 of Mecahnicsville, Maryland was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. The Arresting Officer was Deputy Michael George.

Crystal Sue Feather, age 31 of Brucetown, West Virginia was arrested in the State of West Virginia for a Circuit Court Warrant for Failing to Appear. She was extradicted back to the State of Maryland and is currently being held without bond. The Arresting Officers were Deputies Zorana Sipos and Charles Earle.
