The Families of Serena & Alexis Hahn want to offer our deepest and most heartfelt "THANK YOU" to all the guardian angels who helped with their rescue after the terrible car accident they were involved in (Feb. 3, 2007). Although a mere thank you doesn't seem sufficient, we want you to know that you are very much appreciated. Without special people like you we are sure the outcome would have been very different than it was. We are very blessed to have our wife (daughter, daughter-in-law, sister, sister-in-law, aunt), and our daughter (granddaughter, niece, cousin) with us. Again, thank you to all. They were in the six car crash in Lexington Park on Feb 3, 2007. I am at a loss for words to say how thankful I am to whomever it was that gave Serena CPR until more help arrived. If it wasn’t for you and the others who got the baby from the car, my brother would be without a wife, and my niece would never have known her mother. I just wish we knew who you were so we could thank you in person.Heather Hogue Ohio SoMd.com Editor's Response: We urge everyone to take the Red Cross' CPR Class. If you ever find yourself in a situation like this, there will be no time to think, only react. I was recently able to save the life of a woman who began to choke on food at lunch. Had I not learned the Heimlich Maneuver that was taught during the CPR class, she would have died. No one else in the room knew what to do.
