ATTEMPTED BURGLARY: On 3-10, between 3:00 AM and 9:30 AM, an unknown culprit attempted to enter a residence on Bristol Dr., Chesapeake Beach. TFC Schmidt is handling the investigation. BURGLARY: During the overnight hours of 3-10, an unknown culprit entered the Greater Bible Way Church’s concession building, Sixes Rd., Prince Frederick, and removed 14 boxes of candy and 80 bottles of various soda. TFC Lashley is handling the investigation. POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 3-13, 9:31 PM, Rt. 2/4, Lusby, TPR Roy stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. A consent search was obtained and suspected marijuana and CDS paraphernalia was recovered. Arrested at that time for possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia were Duanne Anthony Thomas, 29, of California, MD, and Robert Arron Rowe, 34, of Baltimore, MD. After processing, they were transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing. POSSESSION OF COCAINE: On 3-14, 11:30 PM, Rt. 2/4, Lusby, TPR Laziuck and TPR Towers stopped to assist a motorist with his hazard lights on. When they approached the vehicle, the operator and passenger were observed to be asleep. After waking them, a consent search was obtained. Suspected cocaine and CDS paraphernalia were recovered during the search and determined to be the property of the operator. Arrested at that time for possession of cocaine and CDS paraphernalia was Jeffery Wayne Fossett, 36, of Owings. After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
