PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (Nov. 4, 2009) - The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) recently released the following incident and arrest reports.

BURGLARY: On October 18 at 2:00 p.m., Trooper First Class Lass responded to the 1500 block of Pine Road in St. Leonard for a reported burglary and destruction of property. Unknown suspect(s) had broken into the home causing damages to a window and two door frames. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to contact the Maryland State Police at 410-535-1400.

ASSAULT: On October 19 at 5:35 p.m., Trooper Lewis responded to the 3000 block of Hallowing Point Road in Prince Frederick for a reported fight in progress. James A. Summers, 34 of Barstow, was arrested for assault and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On October 20 at 12:00 p.m., Trooper Parker responded to the Walmart in Prince Frederick for a reported theft from a vehicle in the parking lot. Unknown suspect(s) removed the handicapped placard from inside the vehicle.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On October 20 at 2:15 p.m., Trooper Saucerman responded to the 3400 block of Lyons Creek Rd. for a disorderly subject. Diaz Watkins, 46 of Dunkirk, was charged with disorderly conduct.

BURGLARY: On October 21 at 10:05 a.m., Trooper Saucerman responded to the 3200 block of Beaver Dam Rd., Chesapeake Beach, in response to a burglary. Unknown suspect(s) broke into the victim's residence damaging the side door frame and stole a 46" LCD Television. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Maryland State Police at 410-535-1400.

POSSESSION OF HEROIN: On October 21 at 4:37 p.m., Trooper Wyer stopped a vehicle for traffic violation on Route 4 at Ward Road in Dunkirk. William Agambar, 25 of Sunderland, was found to be in possession of heroin. He was arrested and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: On October 24 at 12:35 p.m., Trooper Logsdon responded to the 1800 block of Parkers Creek Road in Port Republic. A window was shot with a BB Gun. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Maryland State Police at 410-535-1400.

THEFT: On October 29 at 12:30 p.m., Sgt. Titus responded to Northern High School in Owings for a reported theft. Russell G. Helvey, Jr., 47 of North Beach, was arrested for steal a ladder from the school grounds. He was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On October 31 at 10:55 p.m., Trooper Bender stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 near Lorin Drive in Huntingtown. Jack D. Dillon, 30 of Lusby, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia. Mr. Dillon was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On November 1 at 1:34 a.m., Trooper Wyer stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Armory Road in Prince Frederick. Raymond A. Robinson, 20 of Owings, was found to be in possession of Marijuana, Cocaine and a loaded handgun. He was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.

1ST DEGREE ASSAULT: On November 1 at 3:34 p.m., Trooper West responded to the 1000 block of Cattle Drive in Lusby for a reported disturbance. William R. Charest, 29 of Lusby, was arrested for displaying a handgun and threatening the victim. He was charged with Assault-First Degree and Reckless Endangerment and was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
