PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (June 8, 2010)—The Calvert County Board of Education scheduled a special meeting for June 9 at 4:15 p.m. to discuss and vote on student appeals. The Board will meet in closed session as permitted by the Maryland Open Meetings Act, Session 10-508(a)(7) and Section 10-503 of the State Government Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland. Following the closed session, the Board will meet in open session to vote on those appeals.
The special meeting will be held at The Equestrian Center, 14900 Pennsylvania Avenue, Upper Marlboro.
