LA PLATA, Md. (Sept. 9, 2010) - The Charles County Sheriff's Office today released the following incident and arrest reports.

MAN CHARGED WITH RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT: On September 8 at 11:58 p.m., officers responded to the 3300 block of Malcolm Road in Waldorf for the report of a domestic-related assault. Investigation revealed the suspect, Robert Moore, 40, threw a bowl of hot rice on the victim, 41, causing blistering to her face, neck and arm. Officers located the suspect in the basement and placed him under arrest. He was charged with reckless endangerment. Pfc. R. Bagley investigated.

DETECTIVES ARREST BURGLARY SUSPECT: On September 8, members of the Charles County Sheriff's Office Property Crimes Unit arrested Eric Steven Fisher, 27, of Waldorf, in connection with an earlier burglary on Kenbrook Court. After obtaining an arrest warrant, detectives responded to Fisher's residence and found him hiding in a closet. Officers also found suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia inside the house. Fisher was charged with burglary and is being investigated for other related crimes. Detective Hemsley is investigating.
