MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Sept. 23, 2010) - The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, September 21 at 10:15pm, TFC E. J. Page arrested Amos Samuel Milburn, 30, of Lexington Park on a Bench Warrant (T3-14588) issued by the District Court of Calvert County. The warrant was issued on November 6, 2008 with an original charge of Driving an Uninsured Vehicle. Mr. Milburn was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, September 22 at 6:35pm, TFC N. E. Gresko arrested Charell L. Stewart, 26, of Great Mills on a Bench Warrant (T3-14589) issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County. The warrant was issued for Failing to Pay Court Fines related to a Possession of CDS Paraphernalia case on September 22, 2010. Ms. Stewart was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
