LA PLATA, Md. (October 13, 2010)—The La Plata Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) recently released the following incident and arrest reports.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA, PERCOCET: On October 2, at approximately 0041 hours, TFC B. Sorenson was traveling southbound Route 301, north of Route 228, when he observed a maroon GMC Envoy with the operator not restrained by a seat belt. TFC Sorenson stopped the vehicle and made contact with the driver and passenger Terry Gene Richards, 35, of Brooklyn, Md. A K-9 scan was conducted with a positive alert. Richards was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, Percocet and paraphernalia.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: On October 4, at approximately 1844 hours, TFC W. Posey was on routine patrol traveling southbound Route 205, north of Chaney Place, when he observed a black Scion TC with an inoperable head light. TFC Posey made contact with the driver, Angela Rae Fox, 21, of Odenton. Fox was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia.
