MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (October 28, 2010)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, October 25 at 11:00am, TFC M. J. Pitcher served Timothy Allen Young, 49, of Avenue, two outstanding warrants while incarcerated at the St. Mary's County Detention Center. The warrants were issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County in August and September of 2010. The arrest warrant (T3-14561) issued on August 31 was issued with an original charge of Forgery - Prescription and Issue False Document. The bench warrant (T3-14567) issued on September 1 had an original charge of CDS Possession - Not Marijuana. Mr. Young will remain at the St. Mary's County Detention Center and receive a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

THEFT UNDER $1000: On Monday, October 25 at 4:35pm, Tpr. S. M. Ditoto responded to the 23000 block of Mervell Dean Road in Hollywood for a reported theft. Upon arrival, contact was made with a female complainant, 68, of Hollywood, who advised between October 17 and October 23 an unknown subject entered her residence and removed approximately $500.00 in cash without her permission. The complainant was unable to provide any possible suspect information pertaining to the theft. Any information relating to this case can be forwarded to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, October 25 at 8:05pm, TFC M. B. Adams served a bench warrant (T3-14389) on Cordell R. Mackall, 22, of Prince Frederick. The warrant was issued on April 5 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of CDS Possession - Marijuana. Mr. Mackall was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, October 26 at 10:30am, TFC D. S. Brill served a bench warrant (T3-14637) on Mario Morris Fenwick, 21, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County on October 19 with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Mr. Fenwick was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, October 26 at 8:07pm, TFC E. J. Page located Linwood Erwin Scayles, 21, of Lexington Park in the 46000 block of Sue Drive. Mr. Scayles was arrested and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center on an outstanding Circuit Court warrant (T3-14629). The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County on October 12 as a result of a Grand Jury Indictment on a charge of CDS Possession - Not Marijuana. Mr. Scayles was held at the Detention Center pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, October 27 at 11:30am, TFC M. A. Moore served a bench warrant (T3-14516) on Isabelle Marie Herbert, 32, of Avenue. The warrant was issued on July 16 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Obtain CDS By Altered Prescription. Ms. Herbert was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
