PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (December 28, 2010)—The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
DUI, POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On December 22 at 12:53 a.m., Trooper West stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 260 at Uncle Charlie's Spur in Owings. Calvin Edward Richard Dennis, 21 of Chesapeake Beach, was arrested for DUI. A search revealed that he was in possession of Marijuana. He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
BURGLARY: On December 23 at 1:42 p.m., Trooper Thompson responded to the 1900 block of Solomons Island Road in Prince Frederick for a reported burglary. The victim advised that someone broke into the locked room that he rents in the house and stolen an XBOX video game system. Investigation continues.
TRESPASSING: On December 24 at 1:55 p.m., Trooper Esnes responded to the 5600 block of Calvin Court in St. Leonard for a report of a possible breaking and entering in progress. Investigation revealed that Jason M. Wood, 23 of College Park, came to the residence to the residence to retrieve some items from an ex-girlfriend. He refused to leave the property and was arrested for trespassing. He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
THEFT: On December 26 at 1:40 p.m., Trooper First Class Hunt responded to a theft call at the WAWA in Dunkirk. Investigation revealed that the suspect stole items from the store. Craig G. Emerson, 44 of Owings, was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
