MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (May 9, 2011)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, May 5 at 11:50am, TFC G. A. Thompson served a Bench Warrant (T3-14922) on Gina Patricia Kennedy, 22, of California. The warrant was issued for Ms. Kennedy's arrest on May 3, 2011 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Ms. Kennedy was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, May 5 at 7:50pm, TFC E. M. Evans served two outstanding Bench Warrants (T3-14928 / T3-14929) on Keith Randall Nelson, 37, of Leonardtown. Both warrants were issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County on May 5, 2011 and held original charges of Malicious Destruction of Property and CDS Possession - Not Marijuana. Mr. Nelson turned himself into the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center for service. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, May 7 at 11:05am, Tpr. E. T. Reuschling served a Bench Warrant (T3-14930) on Unique Ontce Spicer, 24, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued with an original charge of CDS Possession - Marijuana on March 11, 2011 by the District Court of Charles County. Ms. Spicer was located on a traffic stop in the area of Maryland Route 235 and Town Creek Drive. Upon confirmation on the outstanding warrant, Ms. Spicer was arrested and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
