MSP Reports for Calvert County


PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (June 15, 2011)—The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) released the following incident and arrest reports.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA AND OXYCONTIN: On 6/7/11 @ 5:33 pm, Trooper Esnes stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Mill Bridge Road at Route 4 in Lusby. A search of the vehicle revealed that the driver, Santana C. Moore, Jr., 22, and the passenger, Cordell T. Sollers, 25, both of Lusby, were in possession of Marijuana and Oxycontin. Both were arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

THEFT: On 6/8/11 at 3:45 am, Trooper First Class Hunt responded to the WAWA in Prince Frederick in reference to a theft complaint. Travis V. Boucher, 19 and Christina M. Tomco, 31, both of Prince Frederick, left the store in possession of food they had not paid for. Both were charged with theft.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 6/8/11 at 10:45 pm, Trooper First Class Sorenson stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Rt. 4 at Rt. 2 in Sunderland. Deltron L. Holland, 20 of Lusby, was found to be in possession of Marijuana during a search of the vehicle. He was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: On 6/8/11 at 11:46 pm, Trooper First Class Hunt responded to 9300 block of Boyds Turn Rd. in Owings for a reported destruction of property. A rock was thrown through a window at the residence. Investigation continues.

POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, OPEN WARRANT: On 6/10/11 at 11:00 pm, Trooper First Class Saucerman stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Thunderbird Drive in Lusby. Derek D. Donnells, 35 of Lusby, was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and also had an open warrant for his arrest in Charles County. He was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

POSSESSION OF COCAINE & MARIJUANA, OPEN WARRANT: On 6/12/11 at 5:13 am, Trooper S. Lewis contacted a driver of a disabled vehicle on Broomes Island Road in Port Republic. The driver, Timothy A. Lowe, 50 of Port Republic was arrested on an open warrant through Calvert County. A search revealed that Lowe was in possession of Marijuana, Crack Cocaine, and Powder Cocaine. He was charged and incarcerated in the Calvert County Detention Center.

Blaire SURGENT, 29, of St. Leonard, arrested on 06/11/11 @ 03:25 pm by TPR. C. Esnes

Tywon T. HARZEZZ, 28, of Huntingtown, arrested on 06/12/11 @ 03:25 pm by TFC C. Dawson
