MSP Reports for Calvert County


PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (October 17, 2011)—The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

THEFT: On 10/11/11 at 8:50pm, Trooper Costello responded to the Wal-Mart store in Prince Frederick for a reported theft. Security personnel advised they witnessed a customer switching price tags on items and then purchasing the items. Jeannette Sigman, 52 of Owings, was charged with theft.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT: On 10/12/11 at 10:38 am, Trooper First Class Parker responded to the 5700 block of Oakcrest Dr. in St. Leonard for a reported stolen vehicle. An unlocked 2011 Chevrolet HHR with a key inside was stolen from in front of the victim's home. Authorities in Virginia found the vehicle on a dirt road. It had been set on fire and destroyed. Investigation continues.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 10/15/11 at 9:22 am, Trooper First Class Lewis stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Rt. 4 at Rousby Hall Rd. in Lusby. A search of the vehicle revealed that the driver was in possession of Marijuana. Deandre T. Pickeral, 21 of Lusby, was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

Kevin B. WRIGHT, 26, of Lusby, arrested on 10/15/11 @ 12:00 am by TPR. J. Oles

Nicolas MENDEZ, 18, of Prince Frederick, arrested on 10/15/11 @ 10:49 pm by TFC D. Landis

Sandra N. MONGER, 59, of Prince Frederick, arrested on 10/16/11 @ 01:42 am by TPR. W. Costello
