MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (April 17, 2012)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, April 12 at 3:45pm, TFC N. E. Gresko served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15440) on Antonio Wendell Chase, 25, of an Unknown Fixed Address. The warrant was issued for Mr. Chase's arrest on March 22 with an original charge of First Degree Burglary by the District Court of St. Mary's County. He was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center and was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, April 15 at 8:54am, TFC B.T. Wiesemann served a Bench Warrant (T3-15467) on Adam Daniel Davis, 25, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued on April 9 by the District Court of Charles County with an original charge of Theft - $1,000.00 Value. Mr. Davis was located on a traffic stop in the area of Maryland Route 235 and Mattapany Road. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, April 16 at 1:50am, TFC K. D. Lashley served a Bench Warrant (T3-15382) on Penny Jeanette Luckel, 39, of Piney Point. The warrant was issued for Ms. Luckel's arrest on February 22 with an original charge of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving While Impaired by Alcohol by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Ms. Luckel was located at the Food Lion in Callaway and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, April 16 at 11:30am, Tpr. W. A. Couter served a Bench Warrant (T3-15463) on Michael T. Perigo, 37, of Leonardtown. The warrant was issued on April 11 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Violation of Probation. Mr. Perigo turned himself into the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
