LA PLATA, Md. (July 27, 2012)—The Charles County Sheriff's Office has released the following incident and arrest reports.

BURGLARY: On July 23 at 9:40 p.m., an unknown suspect broke into a car wash in the 3900 block of St. Charles Parkway in Waldorf and stole a small amount of money from the office. A surveillance photo showed the suspect was dressed in all black clothing. Officer P. Morgan, III is investigating.

THEFT: Between July 20 - July 21, during the overnight hours, unknown suspect(s) stole the wheels and rims from a car parked in the 4200 block of Quigley Court in Waldorf. The vehicle was left sitting on cinder blocks. PFC. S. Duley is investigating.

JUVENILE CHARGED WITH CONCEALED WEAPON: On July 20 at 10:50 a.m., a Charles County Sheriff's school resource officer at Westlake High School, 3300 Middleton Road in Waldorf, was advised by a school staff member that a summer school student was possibly in possession of a handgun. The officer was familiar with the student and located him in the parking lot, hiding behind the seat of a car which was occupied by three other people. The officer ordered the subject out of the car but as he exited, he broke from the officer's grip and fled. The subject was subsequently apprehended and the officer found a black pellet gun in the suspect's book bag. The suspect, 14, was charged with possession of a concealed deadly weapon. Officer R. Anderson made the arrest.
